Today is my first day at my new job, I'll let you know how it goes. I'm hoping for a great day!
Today is also the last day that I will be posting Spring Fling photos. Now I have to get my butt in gear and make some stuff to post here for all of you to see. I guess I've got my work cut out for me! The final demonstration I will be showing was done by Lynn Larson and her demo was on the Carousel Notes - a new item from the Occasions Mini Catalog. The items on this catalog are available through June 30th.
This is a very cute idea for a treat holder/party favor/thank you gift. If you'd like to see a tutorial on how to make this, you can visit Lynn's blog here. I can't wait to try making some of my own.
These are a few examples of cards that could be made from the carousel notes. The one on the left opens where the white circle is and the one on the left is made of two carousel notes with the top one being scored and only glued at the top.
The next two photos are of an awesome scrapbook purse which you can get the tutorial for here. Of course I can't wait to try this one out too!
